- What prerequisites should students have for each certification?
- How do your certifications map to common frameworks?
- How often is content reviewed against emerging threats?
Delivery & Logistics
- How are the certifications delivered to the customer?
- Do you support on-site delivery at customer locations?
- Do you integrate with LMS or corporate platforms? (I was thinking some big companies will want to know if there is an API or similar)
- How do we bulk enrol students? (thinking about larger organisations)
- What happens if a learner doesn’t take the course, is a credit given?
- What happens if a learner fails an exam?
- Are there any geographical restrictions on delivery (thinking Russia/China etc.)
Sales & Marketing Support
- Do you offer any joint marketing activities or cobranded marketing materials?
- What differentiators should we highlight to the customer during discussions?
- Are there any bundle options that we can promote?
- Do you provide any sales enablement documentation?
Operational & Support
- What support do learners receive?
- Can we transfer credit to another student after they have been allocated?
- Is there a way for us or our customers to track student completion progress?
- Can you give demo access to the certifications or platform?
- Who do we contact for urgent issues or escalations?
